When you make a reservation or contact us, we usually need to collect some information about you, such as your date of birth, any medical conditions, scanned copies of your passport, and so on. These are shared with our local partners in the destination that you visit and are used to operate the tour, such as obtaining any visa support documents, obtaining travel permits, or making flight bookings. They may also be shared with local authorities in the destination, for example, if they require a scanned copy of a passport in order to issue a travel permit required for the fulfilment of the services we provide. This information is typically stored digitally, but it can also be stored in hard copy, such as paper booking forms. We keep this information for a limited time after you travel, usually four months, before deleting it from our records. Personal information is shredded and digital records are purged as needed.
